To help us understand and resolve your request, please include:
- Your full name
- Registered email address
- Registered mobile number, if applicable
- Your account type, such as Creator, Influencer, Brand, Business, or Agency
- A clear description of the issue
- Relevant campaign, transaction, request, or reference number
- Screenshots or error messages, where helpful
Please do not send your password, OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, banking password, or other confidential authentication information.

To request deletion of your PRsathi account, email:

06Reporting Safety or Content Concerns

- Fake or misleading profiles

Include relevant screenshots, profile names, campaign details, messages, or other supporting information.
07Payment and Subscription Support
For payment, subscription, verification-fee, invoice, cancellation, or transaction-related questions, email:
Include the relevant transaction ID, payment date, amount, and account email.
Do not send complete card details, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or OTPs.
08Response and Resolution
We aim to review support requests as promptly as reasonably possible.
Some requests may require additional information, identity verification, investigation, or coordination with a payment provider or other service provider.
Submitting multiple requests for the same issue may delay the review process. Please reply within the same email thread whenever possible.
09Important Notice
PRsathi support will never ask you to share:
- Your account password
- An OTP received for login or payment
- Your UPI PIN
- Your ATM or card PIN
- Your internet-banking password
- Remote access to your device
Be cautious of anyone claiming to represent PRsathi through an unofficial email address, phone number, social-media account, or payment link.
