PRsathi is a digital platform operated by Akhilesh Nigam, an individual developer.

Some creator or influencer profile information may be visible to brands, businesses, agencies, or other users depending on profile settings, subscription features, and the nature of the Service.

Brands and businesses may provide:

  • Business or brand name
  • Logo, website, description, industry, and category
  • Business contact details
  • Authorised representative information
  • Business address or operating locations
  • Campaign requirements and preferences
  • Tax, registration, billing, or invoice information

1.4Agency Information

Agencies may provide:

  • Agency name, logo, website, profile, and business information

  • Agency portfolio and previous campaign information
  • Details of represented creators, influencers, brands, businesses, or clients
  • Creator rosters and client lists
  • Internal creator CRM and brand CRM information
  • Negotiation, campaign, commission, fee, and collaboration records
  • Documents demonstrating authority to represent a creator, influencer, brand, business, or client

Agencies must have appropriate authority, consent, or another lawful basis before uploading personal information about creators, influencers, representatives, employees, contractors, or clients.

1.5Information Provided About Other People

Certain features may allow users, particularly agencies, brands, or businesses, to upload information about another person.

This may include information added to:

  • Creator rosters
  • Brand or creator CRM tools
  • Campaign teams
  • Client records
  • Collaboration requests
  • Agreements
  • Shortlists
  • Bulk campaigns
  • Contact lists

The user uploading such information is responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate authority or permission to provide it and that the relevant individual has received any privacy information required by applicable law.

We may remove information where we reasonably believe it was uploaded without proper authority.

1.6Campaign and Collaboration Information

When users create or participate in campaigns or collaborations, we may collect:

  • Campaign title, description, category, niche, and location
  • Campaign budget and proposed fee
  • Eligibility criteria and deliverables

Verification information may be reviewed by authorised personnel and, where necessary, trusted verification or service providers.

A verification badge does not mean that all information provided by a user is guaranteed to be accurate, nor does it represent an endorsement of that user.

1.9Payment, Subscription and Transaction Information

Where the Service offers subscriptions, verification fees, promotional placements, paid courses, masterclasses, campaign payments, commissions, or other paid features, we may collect:

  • Subscription plan and billing cycle

Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways. PRsathi may not directly receive or store complete card numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or other payment-authentication credentials handled by the payment provider.

Users receiving information must use it only for legitimate platform and collaboration purposes.

4.2With Agencies and Represented Clients

Where a creator, influencer, brand, or business is represented by an agency, relevant campaign, profile, communication, and collaboration information may be shared with the authorised agency.

Similarly, agencies may share information with their authorised creators, influencers, brands, businesses, employees, contractors, or clients where necessary to manage the relevant relationship.

PRsathi is not responsible for independent data processing performed by an agency outside the Service.

4.3With Service Providers

We may engage service providers that help us operate the Service, including providers of:

  • Cloud hosting and databases
  • Authentication and OTP delivery
  • Email, SMS, and push notifications
  • Payment processing
  • Analytics and performance monitoring
  • Customer support

  • Appropriate pricing
  • Future engagement or reach

Where appropriate, flagged activity may be reviewed by authorised personnel before significant platform action is taken.

Information may be processed or stored in India or other countries where PRsathi or its service providers operate.

These countries may have data-protection laws different from those in your location.

Where required, we take reasonable contractual, organisational, or technical measures to protect information transferred across jurisdictions and comply with applicable restrictions.

We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts or knowingly collect personal information from children through the Service.

Agencies, brands, and businesses using CRM, roster, shortlist, or bulk-campaign tools must ensure that they have appropriate permission or authority to process information relating to creators, influencers, employees, representatives, or clients.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect:

  • New features or tools

  • Changes to service providers
  • Legal or regulatory developments
