01How to Submit Your Request by Email

This is the alternate path, for anyone who can't sign in to the app or no longer has it installed. Please send the deletion request from the email address registered with your PRsathi account.

Use the following email subject:

Please include:

• Your full name
• Registered email address
• Registered mobile number, if applicable
• Your account type, such as Creator, Influencer, Brand, Business, or Agency
• A clear statement confirming that you want your account deleted

You may use the following format:

I would like to request the permanent deletion of my PRsathi account.

I understand that deleting my account may permanently remove my profile, campaigns, requests, saved information, and access to platform features.

Please process my account deletion request.

02Identity Verification

For security purposes, we may ask you to verify your identity or provide additional information before processing the request.

03What Happens After Deletion

After your request has been verified and processed:

• Your account will be deactivated or permanently deleted.
• You may lose access to your profile, campaigns, chats, collaboration records, subscriptions, certificates, saved calculations, and other account features.
• Active campaigns, collaborations, payments, disputes, or verification requests may need to be completed or resolved before deletion.
• Some information may remain visible to other users where it was previously shared through chats, agreements, campaigns, or collaboration records.
• Certain information may be retained where required for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.
• Information stored in backups may remain temporarily until the backup is securely overwritten or deleted.

04Before Requesting Deletion

Before submitting your request, you should save any information, invoices, certificates, reports, agreements, chats, or other records that you may need later.

Cancelling a subscription or uninstalling the application does not automatically delete your PRsathi account.
